We encourage everyone who calls Compass Bible Church home to find ways to use their time, talents and abilities to serve God and the church. One of the eight distinctives of Compass Bible Church is that we would all be HIGHLY COMMITTED PARTICIPANTS. Whether it is guiding people safely through the parking lots each weekend, leading a small group or writing cards of encouragement, there are opportunities for all of us to be involved in caring for and building up the church body.
