Compass Bible Church is a team of disciples committed to reaching people for Christ, teaching people to be like Christ, and training people to serve Christ.

The author of Psalm 119 loved God’s Word — he tells us so directly (119:97, 113), and the way he describes his devotion shows it. In our passage this week, Psalm 119:57-64, the psalmist paints a picture of a life truly committed to God’s Word: “I promise to keep your words… I turn my feet to your testimonies… I do not forget your law…” And we’ll find that this devotion flows from a life truly committed to God. Put another way: this weekend we’re going to see that a commitment to the God of the Word will inevitably produce a devotion to the word of God. Join us Sunday at 9 or 11 as we continue our Summer in the Word series.
