Compass Bible Church North Texas was planted to serve the rapidly growing population of North Texas, launching in August 2023 in Collin County, one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States. Under the leadership of Lead Pastor PJ Berner, our church was established with a bold vision to shine as a gospel-proclaiming lamp stand in the vibrant communities of Prosper, Celina, Frisco, McKinney, and surrounding areas.

Rooted in the legacy of Compass Bible Church, founded in 2005 by Pastor Mike Fabarez in Aliso Viejo, California, our mission as an autonomous church plant is to reach people for Christ, teach them to be like Christ, and train them to serve Christ. Beginning with our first Bible study in early 2023, we have grown into a thriving community that gathers for dynamic Sunday services at Founders Classical Academy in Prosper. Our ministries serve our kids, students, and the men and women of our church, which are designed to equip believers of all ages to live out the timeless truths of Scripture.
